North Korean Christian

This Sunday we have a North Korean Christian coming to tell us about faith from a new perspective. We are excitied to hear how our Father is the father of all people and can speak the language of all hearts. His blessing and his salvation is for everyone. Those who were born in obvious darkness, and those who thought they lived in the light but were deceived, are all his children with equal rights.
How does someone raised under the lies and deceptions of North Korea come to walk in the freedom of Jesus?

Tim Peters is coming down to Jinju to give a talk at GNU Global Cafe this Saturday, so we are all going along to hear what he has to say about things North Korea.

His topic is the stateless children left behind when their mothers are sent back to North Korea by the Chinese police. The women were sold into sexual slavery or married off to a Chinese farmer, but this is still better than the labour camps and famine that await them at home. But their children aren't North Korean, so the North Koreans don't want them, but they aren't Chinese either. And now they have no mothers, so who will help them? Tim Peters will, and so can we.
